How PERHORC Began
PERHORC began with a simple question: if AI can help organise complex scientific and health-related information when guided by experts, could the same principle be used more safely for everyday wellness challenges such as weight loss, fitness, dieting, sleep, stress and behaviour change?
PERHORC was inspired by a remarkable story reported by PEOPLE, where a technology professional used ChatGPT and other tools to help organise the research pathway behind a personalised cancer-vaccine effort for his dog:

The lesson was not that AI replaces scientists, doctors or qualified professionals. It was the opposite. The story showed that AI can help organise information, ask better questions, connect scattered data and support a more structured conversation with the right experts.
That insight led to a practical question: many people struggle with weight loss, fitness and dieting not because they lack generic advice, but because their lives are complex. Food habits, culture, sleep, stress, work routine, medical background, motivation, cravings, mobility and setbacks all interact.
PERHORC was created to bring those pieces together.
It is not an AI doctor. It does not diagnose, prescribe, treat or replace professional judgement. Instead, it helps users organise self-reported health and lifestyle information into a structured, printable wellness strategy prepared for review by a GP, registered dietitian, physiotherapist, certified fitness professional or other qualified professional.
The purpose is simple: to move people from confusion to structure, from scattered intentions to a practical plan, and from generic diet advice to a more complete personal health-orchestration conversation.
What PERHORC Is — and Is Not
